Completion of Divorce form D80B ( no Children)

Can anyone offer advice on completing the above form. On page 3 question 5 it states that I identify the signature etc. on the Statement of Arrangements. I have not received a Statement of Arrangements as there are no children , do I therefore leave it blank or identify the signature as in question 3.

In my limited experience of these (i.e. one form!) there are several redundant questions which cover other 'potential' forms etc. I simply marked "N/A" to indicate "Not Applicable", so as not to leave any blank areas for them to query.

I never heard back that the court was unhappy with this response, so suggest you try the same :). Good luck.
