Watched the short documentary on tv the other night about the genius that was Kenny Everett. Absolutely brilliant. Does anyone know why none if his shows are ever repeated like on Gold for example?

I'd imagine they'd be too un pc these days. I mean Gold chops stuff about as it is, there'd be very little left of a typical Everett show.

They did show him on heroes of comedy and showed the un pc stuff. I thought he was funny and creative.

An extremely clever man who could be hilarious, but as has been said a lot of his stuff would be considered very un PC these days. Although in a lot of respects he was well ahead of his time.
