...on your bed at night when you go to bed?

My 6 month old terrier gives me the sad guilty look when I put her in her bed at bedtime in the kitchen and she makes me feel guilty as I live on my own.

She is clean and very affectionate, what do you think?

When my daughter's dog is staying, he allows me to sleep on the bed
all my pets (feline and canine) have slept in/on/under my bed at night. currently, we share bedtime with 3 moggies...one on mr kicker's feet, one on mine and the baby gets cuddled to sleep by my good self. it's sometimes very warm and furry, but i wouldn't have it any other way. when i watch dvd's in the middle of the night (i wake up at 3.30am on the dot due to pain) our 18 year old son also invites himself in if he's awake, too. thank god it's a very big bed!

our bed has always been sacred and cats have given birth on it (so have i!) and we spend a lot of time in it...and sundays are glorious as we read the papers, do crosswords and have breakfast in bed. if you hadn't guessed already, i love bed!!! i'm in it now, wearing my cat pyjamas (sad, i know!), waiting for takeaway and drinking wine. share your bed with those you love...it's fab! x
My favourite place too lcg76. I often climb into it during the day as well and snuggle down with dog and cat. I loved it when my son was young and came to cuddle up early in the morning. And I let Mr LL use it too!! ;o)
We have three Irish Wolfhounds who sleep in our lounge on varous sofas and armchairs or on the thick carpet. We also have a little Shih-Tzu, Sammy, who sleeps upstairs on the end of my bed at night and on my 94 yr old mother's lap a large part of the day. So, this is what I wake up to every morning:

I have no problem with our 10 yr old little Sammy sleeping on my bed. He is very well looked after, never has fleas or ticks and is always clean, so I enjoy him being so close. We always have a little play time before we nod off. Not sure I would want the Wolfies on my bed though, as there would be nowhere for me!lol!
OOps sorry , don't think I posted that photo as I should have. Here it is again :
