Recently had another bout of tonsilitis some may remember...completed course of antibiotics...went on hols...now im back...been feeling sniffly and chesty...got much worse today even breathing in stings...i have a nasal spray from doc i use daily as he says my tonsils are large...when im breathing deep at night whilst asleep it gives me a sore throat in mornings....im wearing one of those breathe right strips tonight to help nasal breathing -hope it works.....

Ive gave up my job so hopefully things ease off....but i never feel 100% anymore and it gets me down...im always tired ...any ideas? Mabye its the holiday blues....but i just never feel bang on anymore....!!! Trying to eat better...considering a vitamin too x

Tinks...if necessary ask to hold and rejoin your course with the group that follows yours....see the college counsellor about stress and your gp about the physical stuff... but I suspect getting your life under better control will help more than anything... just eat the most balanced diet you can... and if you feel you need a supplement after that a good multivits and minerals for a short burst of maybe 4 weeks might help but there's no real evidence but I'm guessing you are not very good at putting your needs first so start to be your own best friend
