Short answer is 'Yes'. Google for 'double glazing seal replacement'. You might even find a firm offering this service in Yellow Pages under their Double Glazing advert.

depends what you mean by seal, my idea of a seal is as per The Builder but some people refer to 'blown windows' ie steamed up as the seal has gone...
