My thumb on my left hand won't stop twitching... It's been several days. I've had this before with fingers on the other hand and it has gone away in time. It could be linked with holding my iphone or the way I lie in bed on one side, but am worried it is linked with the numbness and pins and needles I have in my left hand and both feet- soles and certain toes if I point them.
Anyone else had this?

I would go to the doc if I were you, numbness should be investigated. Your wrist /thumber could be RSI perhaps - but I would get it looked at, not worth not doing so.
I get that sort of thing all the time. Sometimes it`s caused by the angle of my wrists when I type on a laptop. I`ve had it in my fingers and thumbs. The twitching can go on for quite a while. I think it might be something to do with a nerve that has been pinched.
Almost certainly Benign Fasiculation Syndrome.

No big deal, but see your GP to exclude less commoner conditions.
