We have had light coverings off and on and very icy for over 2 weeks now but this morning has been the most here in Leicestershire.

Just had a message from a friend in Essex. They have no snow now no ice and the sun is out. Unbelievable but we got clear skies here now so heres hoping that's it.

We've had about an inch overnight in this part of Notts and it's still coming down, but not heavily at the moment, still there's nothing we can do about it but hope it soon goes away

Thats true Paddywak at the moment we now have brilliant sunshine .So hope we don't get anymore snow.

Not even a frost last night on South Coast which was good as I needed to be out early.

Snow out front at the moment still sleet off and on

It's still lying 8- 10 inches deep at the side of alot of roads and in fields and on my wheelie bin! But most roads are better now and clearing, no thanks to the local authorities efforts, and the side roads like our avenue are still lethal! No fresh snow falls since Saturday but it';s not thawed really.

We had heavy snow last weekend and it is now slowly melting.

I hope we don't get anymore before xmas as it is so treacherous to walk on at the mo!!

Well I'm not in England, I'm in west wales but we haven't had any snow here at all. All around us has had some (about 5-10 miles away) but we generally don't get it and if we do it doesn't last long.
I feel cheated!
The sun is shining and it's a lovely bright but cold day, I'll be taking the dog out after lunch and it would have been nice to have a bit of snow to crunch through but never mind!
