I'm waiting for delivery of a phone I bought from Ebay, it should have been here a couple of days ago. Ive sent the seller a couple of emails asking him when | can expect delivery but no reply as yet. I have just noticed that he is no longer registered with Ebay and he has had a couple of user name changes recently. Is this something to be worried about, or am I just being paranoid?

How can Ebay contact them if they are no longer registered with them? I paid for the phone through PayPal. I have to wait 10 days before I can log a dispute I think
Wait the required time and then if you have no joy contact ebay. Paypal offers a buyer refund system but ebay will advise you on that. Also if you use paypal with a credit card, your credit card company will also have some kind of protection in place which you can use.
Hope this helps.
If your Paypal account is financed by your credit card, claim a chargeback through your credit card company. This will ensure that you get a full refund and tie up the vendors account.
