I've been in training for 10 weeks and have seen results, but have 10 days left of sit ups, weights and cross training etc... but i'm wondering how much difference the next 10 days will have?

I'd go for plenty of horizontal exercise. Should also help with your other thread. You'll see tyhe difference then.
I wouldn't have thought the last 10 days will make that much physical difference .. more mentally for completing 10 weeks if that's the target you originally set ... are you buckling at the final hurdle/

Well, i've made a big stride in the past 10 weeks, but have fallen short of cover model!
It won't make much difference except you'll be 10 days away from sliding back to where you were
It's hard to see apparent difference. 10 days is a short period of time I believe.
