thanks for prev advice i slept well last night but eyes really bad today im thinking of just taking tablets now so i can sleep .....but dont want to b up all night ....any advice from anyone would b gratefull

Promethazine25mgms@Ibuprofen 400mgms gave you a good nights sleep...so that has your night sorted.

Today your eyes are bad so why not just take antihistamine eye drops today with one midday tablet of Promethazine and the PM+I last thing at night.

Have I missed your point?

sorry- ive to take one a day ...ive just called docs as im in to much pain....

i was just wanting to knock myself out im being silly....new prescription at 4:30pm as my eyes are infected....ive used my neoclarytin 5mgtoday, my eye drops and nasal spray but to no avail....you have answered my question though that i can take a PM mid-day...and fingers crossed what i pick up later helps cos its really sore!! eek!! xx
