Left over Chinese takeaway from last night, for todays lunch. It was delicious. Am I alone in thinking it is always better the next day.

You are not alone, takeaway curry is always better on the second day, too. I am a great believer in leftovers!
When I have a chinese there are always too many chips. These are delicious warmed up in oven the next day.
we don't have chips with our Chinese, wendilla, only rice & stuff.
I usually have the special egg fried rice with assored meats on top then topped with a fried egg but have to have an extra portion of bbq sauce and chips bit thats out the window at the moment Got to lose a stone lol.I wonder why?

We had a special banquet for two. There was easily enough for 4 or 5. We still have loads left.
I think leftovers are so good, sometimes I make a dish a day early so it can work its magic overnight then have it the next day.I know not technically leftover, but when you know only one person is having some and you 'accidently' make enough for 5....
Absolutely agree that a chinese is much nicer the next day....esp. chicken fried rice and french fried onions....yum.
I simply love the 'next day food' - did a roast yesterday and my daughter went out for tea so am about to reheat hers now for my tea, yummy!!
I often make a big something (chili, pasta bake) and take it to lunch at work for several days afterwards. Delish.
