What a refreshing change for a BNP member to be incorrectly branded a racist, and then be cleared of racial and religious intolerance

One doesn't have to be a BNP supporter, to agree with some of the things he said.

/// The teacher, Adam Walker, claimed that Britain was becoming a "dumping ground for the filth of the Third World".///

/// "they are the only party (BNP) who are making a stand and are prepared to protect the rights of citizens against the savage animals New Labour and Bliar (sic) are filling our communities with"///

/// "By following recent media coverage of illegal animals and how they are allowed to stay here despite committing heinous crimes, I am, to say the very least, disgusted." ///

/// "filth from other countries" were being allowed to come to destroy Britain, threatening to turn Britain into a "Third World cess pit".///

/// Mr Walker said he had been influenced by media coverage of a female Pc shot dead by two illegal immigrants and the murder of British hostage Ken Bigley in Iraq./// .

Are you a BNP supporter?

Doesn't matter.

BNP are over.

The British public said so a couple of weeks ago.

Common sense prevailed here, he was only getting his point of view across

The phrase 'Freedom of Speech' is a total contradiction these days
Good news though - he has to declare himself to any future employer. Hopefully that'll keep him away from impressionable kids.

Like paedophiles, it makes sense to keep racists away from kids. They could destroy them for life.
only got to this bit then stopped reading

The panel did find part of the allegation against Mr Walker - that he made personal use of a school laptop during lessons - to constitute unacceptable professional conduct and is now considering what sanction he should face.

/// In a statement read to the Birmingham hearing, Mr Walker stressed that he had not communicated his political thoughts and beliefs to staff or pupils at Houghton Kepier.///

/// "I have certainly never discriminated against an individual on grounds of race, faith or sexuality," he said. ///

/// "There is evidence from the diverse range of testimonials that Mr Walker is a hard-working teacher who has helped his pupils improve their attainment and there is no evidence of any concerns about his ability as a teacher." ///

From the above statements and evidence Mr Walker carried out his duties with no signs of discrimination or favour to any particular group.

His only crime was to use his employer's computer for personal reasons, and who can say they are not also guilty of this?

/// Like paedophiles, it makes sense to keep racists away from kids. They could destroy them for life.///

Would you also include members of the Far Right, or perhaps even homosexuals, in your list of persons not suitable near to children?

Did you mean 'Far Left'?

No I wouldn't keep homosexuals away from kids.

Looking at the evidence, it's straight men who are overwhelmingly responsible for sexually assaults on minors.
