Can I grow or buy Frangipanis in the UK?

Frangipanis are my girlfriends favorite flower. We have a special occasion coming up and I'd love to be able to get her a bouquet of them.

I know they grow in places like Japan, but that doesn't help me much. I want to know if I can buy them or grow them myself here in the misserabley-weathered UK.
