That's organised! I've got a roast on, that's it really.
King prawns in a sweet chiili sauce with Thai lime & herb rice...haven't decided on dessert yet
i'm even more organised, I took them all the pub for a big dinner so all I need to do tonight are a few sarnies.
Roast chicken dinner and sticky toffee pudding for dessert with custard!!
roast pork today, roast spuds, yorkshires, carrots and green beans. Sunday is the one day i actually make an effort with the tea.

I made fish pie. Very filling. But all my jumbo prawns disappeared. Some greedy lovely fluffster stole them. :-(
