A girl cried 'rape' and has got off with community service !

The judge decreed that this girl had "underlying problems" (don't we all) but we don't go out and blame some poor innocent bloke for it!
She'd read somewhere she could get £7,500 for being a victim, my point is this guy although innocent, is branded a rapist by the doubters, the only saving grace to this, she was named !
I feel very sorry for the young man and his family.

and its tw@ts like her that make it harder for "real" rape victims to come forward and report it !!!!!! it makes a mokery of the justice system when nobody could see through her lies in the first place, and went to trial
its hard enough for real victims to be belived thats why some people carry the secret for years, because of fear of what the outcome will be

Imagine a case where a woman is raped but the courts don't believe her. Would the rapist, who has now left the court without a stain on his character, be in a position to demand that his accuser faces a trial for her false allegations?
