I normally watch the Wright Stuff , when I'm having a coffee break.(I have a bloody cheek..lol), I forgot to switch the tele off when I came in 'here'
When I went back in the lounge, the normal mish-mash of Jeremy Vile/Trisha, can't remember who, was on.
The word spilling out the gob of these 'chavs' was contstanly...."basically", every other word was this,,,grrrr

What word gets to you, like fingernails scraping down a blackboard?

After saying some bad news at work, the person walks away saying "HAPPY DAYS" loudly!
Another couple of phrases at work are "It's all Swings and Roundabouts" and also "Happy Bunnies".
One annoying phrase that is not used much is the response to agreeing with something that another person has said....."Oh, absolutely".
One greeting that does not seem that sincere when used at work (I do not use it) is the greeting "Allright?"
