Is there anyone you is an expert on African chants, please?

I have a music track that I copied off an LP back in about 1975 and I have forgotten the group's name.
It is an African? (I think) chant that was sung by Black men and boys. I remember seeing the video on TV.
I can email the Mp3 if there is someone that may know the artists name.
