Dunno if I'm in the right section here but here goes ----
I've just had my pc cleaned and overhauled, everything seems to be running fine except for bbc I-player, The sound is fine and I get a picture but it doesn't move, I can hear things going on but the pic either stutters or just stays on one scene.
When it was cleaned could it have been uninstalled?
Its sooo annoying especially when I want to catch up with a prog. ANY idea's folks what to do?

update your graphics driver to the latest version. if you dont know what make / model it is, get searching the web to specifications on your laptop / desktop computer. or even contact whoever sold it you.. You should have driver cds with the computer.. based on your expertise this is either impossible, or very simple procedure.
