My Neighbour

lives in a Housing NZ house. Meaning it's govt assisted. He moans to the HNZ about things that need fixing a fair bit. IE: one of the windows is rotting. But every time the HNZ send someone around to fix it, (they write him in plenty of time to say when they'll be there) he tells them to fcuk off as he's busy or going out. Then he'll complain again about it not being fixed again.
Finally the HNZ sent, by courier, a registered letter saying the day they would be there to fix it. Again he told them to fcuk off. But this time they had the boss with them & he said NO, it will be fixed now.
He doesn't have a land line ph, only a moby but won't give HNZ the number - it's for personal use only he says.
WTF is he playing at?

One of the workmen told me about the registered letter & all the other letters in the supermarket today. He'd gone in to buy some lunch & I was grocery shopping at the same time.
