When the conversation came up earlier, I proffered Jackie as being the coolest First Wife...it was then a young female friend countered with the reference to the Louboutins.

Whilst I knew she like the designer, I was a little in awe that she managed to get down the steps of Air Force One without 'doing a Gerald Ford' (falling over).
