This McNulty parasite - claiming 2nd house allowance -(like he needs it !)

Couple of years ago, when I wasn't working, thought I'd try & see if I could qualify for any Housing/Council Tax benefit (not dole money, or anything else)

But was told NO, because my other half was earning too much (about 500 per week at the time !)

Make you sick, or what ????

And they wonder why every one flocks to this country !!!

If you don't want to work, have shed loads of kids (you won't have to live in that shed long, cos they'll give you a nice big house) or are just a generally lazy scrounger - you will be better off than the most of us who've worked & contributed for the best part of our lives & end up with nothing !!!!!
Yes it makes one think.

I along with most people, have criticised those amongst us that will not work, but tend to lead a very nice life on the numerous benefits made available to them.

But let us take a step back and consider that we are really at each others throats, when the real people we should be having a go at are the 'Fat Cats' of society that are fleecing us out of billions.

There having got that off my mind, when we have exposed these criminals, then let us get back to sorting our own scroungers out, the idle lot.
Why is it not a criminal matter and the police involved. These MPs are stealing from the taxpayer. Don't we count?

I "loved" it when McNulty faced the cameras and claimed that he hadn't broken any rules.

Of course he hadn't - because he and his ilk MAKE the farquharring rules - that's why !!!!!

And the newscasts solemnly reported how he'd have to answer to some committee or other - Oh, no !!!! He's bound to be severely punished by them - NOT !!!! Its made up of fellow MPs, for God's sake !

No wonder these leeches don't give a stuff if they break the rules or not - how can they ever be punished if their Judge and Jury are as tainted as they themselves are !!!
make no mistake about it....they ALL have their snouts in the trough.....
A few years ago I naively thought that politicians were mostly honest and it was only a few bad apples who tarnished the reputation of the many.

However, the more one looks at the activities of our elected representatives, the more it becomes clear that almost every single one of them is corrupt in one way or another.

McNulty claims he hasnt broken any rules. This may be true. But what I find inconceivable is that he didnt think that this was morally wrong. It stands to reason that to claim for a property owned by your parents when you live only a few miles away is not right.

Whats the matter with these people? Is immorality and corruption so commonplace in Parliament that its now the norm and to be honest is anathema and a sign of weakness?

I suspect so.

Whats even more annoying is that when a General Election is called next year, who do we vote for? They all seem to be the same self-serving, egotistical morally corrupt filibusters.

To**ers.
The only word I'd add to birdie's post is F***ing before To**ers.

Even our esteemed, erudite, clever and very very able Home Secretary (is my sarcasm coming through?) has been 'caught-out' using this scam.

And make no mistake, it is a scam - just because it isn't against the rules doesn't make it right.

What annoys me is that people come to this country (to work or seek asilum- whatever) and they can claim child support for a child who doesn't even live in this country? How does that work??

Saw a programme called Bailiffs for the first time last night. There was a single mum on there who was working two jobs to pay the bills and was struggling with council tax (which was why the bailiffs were there). If she didn't work and was on dole it would be paid for her.
Good for her for being honest and tryingto pay her way!

There is no help for hard-working people in this country - only lazy dole-scum!!!!!

As per my 2nd posting SJ !!!!
Hark is that the sound of Tumbrils making their way down Whitehall on their way to Trafalgar Square?

Oh no! it was only a dream.
He was acting within the regulations-just, ever noticed how MPs touch the line but don't quite cross it and has this anything to do with so very many of them having studied law?
It is obviously time for an enquiry into all of these payouts MPs are allowed to claim.. I was reading yesterday about a scottish MP who claimed 175,000 expenses in 2006 people like that should realise that like the banks the bubble will one day burst .. the people only needs to rally around a leader of men who rises from the ashes and the first in the docks will be these thieving scum who should know the consequencies of there greedy actions..roll on the day he or she arrives..
mcnulty said he was acting within the regulations..well thats all that the lazy scum of this country do as well and they can't claim anything like the thousands he and others like him claim.. who can blame people living on the breadline for trying to buck the system when they read about these C***S who have been doing it for years on top of there 100.000 plus salarys.. Its not the poor people claiming benefits we should be moaning about Its these people who are voted in on promises they've no intention of keeping we should do something about.. They are obviously just in politics just to rob they taxpayers of this country..just to feather there own nests they should be ashamed.. if mcnultyhad anything about him he'd give all the money back and ask for an enquiry to see why he was allowed to claim it in the first place.. but will he do that..I very much doubt if he gives a flying F**k about how the people of this country truly feel..
Theres no doubt about it. If this is settled internally the end result will be a slapped wrist and a promise to increase their pay way beyond infllation. I would like to see a graph of MPs pay relative to the general population over the past 30 years. They have done very well.
