Runtime error

i keep getting a message saying " a runtime error has occured, do you wish to debug? line:27 error:object expected"   can anyone tell me how to stop this? i have used norton utilities and microsoft scan disk but it keeps appearing, can anybody help? many thanks

I'm not sure what caused it - but I had the same message. I reinstalled Explorer and it solved the problem so you could try that.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, then there is nothing wrong, it is the flabber in the Website language that has hit your ghast. These problems are nothing you can do anything about as the chances are you are not looking at a Website that you can alter. What you can do is stop your browser from reacting like a picky schoolteacher on speed.

Head for Tools - Internet Options - and click on the Advanced tab. Look for the 6th tick box down and tick it. It is labelled "Disable script debugging" then OK your way back and then close explorer. Open it again and it will now remain silent about other people's programming errors.
