I have a Sony Viao laptop, my question is, can I remove Microsoft Vista ? from my laptop and replace it with Microsoft windows XP professional.

Check the support section of the sony website to see if there are drivers available for XP to download, if they are yes, if not then probably not.

The question is...why would you downgrade?

XP is more stable, but Vista, once you get used to it is very good.
