It was filmed in Long Street, Middleton, Manchester. I don't think the restaurant is there anymore, but I could be wrong.

According to the Internet Movie DataBase the location was a florists shop in Old Town High Street, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire,
Ironically,this has now become a restaurant called?
You guessed it~
