For several months now I have had a big toe that twitches all the time. The muscles under the skin in the soft part of my foot (inside/underneath) flutter and move, which results in my toe twitching. It is most of the time and is really annoying. I haven't injured it to my knowledge, but I do have a bit of a bony bit (bunion?) on the joint at the side.
Any ideas what this is?

Hi
In the absence of any other symptoms this is more than likely to be what is known as 'benign fasciculations'. These are muscle tremors that are harmless. If you are really concerned you should see a neurologist who will be able to rule out anything more serious.
