I love most cheeses as long as they are of the strong variety and don't contain maggots in them!
I made a broccoli and stilton soup last week and it was lovely. I generally like melting cheeses like camembert baked in the oven with things to dip in.
I love any type of cheese ...but have cut down
as the cholsteral is high ...but will have some
white stilton with apricots later ...you only live
once !!!
