I feel fat...

... literally. I have my hands down my trouser front right now, because my belly itches for some strange reason & I'm giving it a good scratch. Yes, I am in the office, but am alone at the moment, so am not offending anyone with my fumblings.

I have put on 4lbs over the xmas period & boy, can I tell. If I'm stood up I look ok, especially if I remember to pull the stomach muscles in, but when I am sat down I have these 'rolls' - not attractive, not good & not clever.

How can I lose this belly fat without eating or drinking less? Would 500 abdo crunches a day do it?

I've been trying to make my Bf fat....His diet before he met me was pretty much Stella, fags and a takeaway about twice a week. Now he eats every night and hasn't put on one single pound.... The gobsh!te... :-)
