achilles tendonitis

i have achilles tendonitis in both heels. i have been given diclofenac sodium but it didnt help i am now taking co codamal and voltarol patches, they arent working either. can anyone suggest what else i can do to ease the pain.

Has your GP referred you on for some physiotherapy treatment or any other conventional treatment?
Symptoms can often resolve with a combination of rehab and pain management, however if your symptoms are over 3 months (chronic stages) you may benefit from visiting an Orthopaedic Specialist to establish any further appropriate treatment.... hope this has helped.

i have been to see a specialist and she gave me exercises to do ...but its too painfull to do them. i have pain 24 7 no matter wether i rest or not. Im wondering if acupuncter will help.
