I really fancy some Paxo Sage & Onion stuffing this afternoon. I know I can have some with my tea but I won't be able to eat it all after I've mixed the 170g box of mix up.

What else can I eat it with? Because I'll have to mix the whole pack up, if I put it in the fridge, how long can I expect it to keep? I've not got any chicken or turkey at home

TIA.

Hi jadyn, why don't you just make up a small amount, just enough for your tea? :-) Kath
I ate the stuffing in our fridge last night, jadyn. That was leftover from Saturday. Still tasted as good to me! :)

Thanks girls. i know it may sound daft, but I thought I may not get the stuffing to the right consistency if I use less than the 170g of mix and added less than the 520ml of water it says on the box!
i suppose it's common sense really but then again I have got blond hair!
Yes Jadyn, despite the blonde hair, I would assume that even you could work out that if you weighed half of the mix (85g) and added half of the water (260ml) that you would end up with the same mix.

Cooked Paxo stuffing will keep in the fridge for three to four days.
Apparently it`s quite nice with fish.
