I'd fry with a tiny amount of oil/ grill it up Tilly.
I'd just put it in the oven for 20 minutes or so.
Actually, how old we talking Tilly ?
I usually put left over stuffing in with bubble an squeak but I don't see why you couldn't m/wave it or fry it., depending on what you are using it with.
Question Author
I made it yesterday, Elina but I made far too much.
It would probably freeze OK, save making it next time!
Question Author
I generally throw it away and make a new batch but it does seem to be a waste. I'll give it a blast in the microwave and see what happens. My Mum would never reheat stuffing. She would say the onions would be sour.

It is cooked. I should have frozen the surplus before I cooked it.
If Aunt Bessie can freeze her balls .... Tilly can! :0)

Mine's in a dish. It has no shape!
Question Author
Thanks, Cloverjo, Margot and Elina. As none of you have said,' No, Tilly, don't.', I'll microwave it.
Nothing lost that way Tilly, if you were going to throw it away anyway.
i'm not saying it's right, but i'd shape into balls, lightly oil and flour then freeze
You'll be fine Tilly, only a day old if that x
In the oven and reheat....depends how much you have. If it's dry just a sprinkle of water.....
Question Author
Thank you all. I have put it in the oven.
No place for bought stuffing mix anywhere, anytime. Throw it in the bin.
