Hi Marylyn - sorry, not got an answer, just amazed as I logged on here to post the same question. I've tried amazon, play and bbc websites to no avail, but will keep looking and get back to you if I find out. Isn't she just the absolute best. I watched the whole series one again this weekend and loved it.
