Max: I meant to ask you whether you're 'Maxine' or 'Maximillian'. From your answer, I assume that you're probably female ;-)

The roses I can do. The St Emilion I can manage. (Well, I can afford a Grand Cru, but I doubt that my finances would run to the Class 1990). However, I might have a problem with the 'gorgeous' bit ;-)
Ach, as long as you can hold a conversation and have a sense of humour, AND feed me a grand cru, you're in with a chance! lol

PS: yes, I'm definitely a girl.

Mrs C: That pay rate isn't too bad. The 'basic' fee for delivering those books was only 182. I allocated an extra 60 to the routes myself (because they're so rural) and then persuaded my boss to add a further 38 because the contractor lives some distance away. The 'lad' in question is actually a lady, as the majority of deliverers are. (Contrary to NK's image of spotty teenagers, the majority of staff I recruit for directory deliveries, traffic surveys, etc, are mature graduates). Note that the pay rate is 6 times what leaflet delivery staff normally get paid.
Thanks for that, Chris.

They may get decent pay, but I still think it's bl00dy hard work!
Anyway, it's time for bed now.

I hope to have pleasant dreams about romancing a beautiful French lady, called Max, with red roses and fine wine. Of course, since it's a dream, I'll be able to look down at my hairy chest and rippling muscles. The only problem is that, since it's a dream, I'll probably have Mrs C sitting alongside me asking about the rate of pay for doing the romancing ;-)

Goodnight all!

Chris
Nite Chris.

Catch yer later buddy!
I happen to like a spanish wine called Gran Vino Sol.I think you can only get it in Spain and Majorca.
But,there is another wine you can get in some supermarkets, and it's called Vino Sol.
I don't mind any wine thats drinkable.I do like red wine as well.
