Can anyone help?
If you drop this of a cliff it won't break but if you put water in it it will.

A balloon?.

If you drop a balloon off a cliff it will gently float down but if you fill it with water it will splat open when it hits the ground.

I think the actual answer is a tissue, i read it a while ago on on another site. But balloon is almost the same!
