whenever i see the adverts i think "Oh I will give that a go!" but never do!
I think it works to a certain extent and i think it can be any cereal (maybe not coco pops or anything high in sugar/fat)
i would have thought that after the two weeks once you get back to eating noraml meals then it weight comes back on.
