thanks neildownx because my email address starts with colin i get around 300 emails a day and it is tiresome if i can change my bt yahoo email address to something beginning with a number i might get less offers of all the rubbish emails trying to make me bigger etc and selling me viagra etc

For God's sake don't phone BT & ask them , you'll be wanting to leave the country afterwards .

actually if you phone BT's call centers you will think you already have left the country!!!
