Hi all, have just tried to install bt broadband round my neighbours, been on the phone to a call centre in india for 1 hour & they still couldnt help. The problem is that when we go on to btyahoo.com & log in, it says you are about to view pages over a secure server blah blah blah. So i click ok, & then it comes up Page cannot be displayed. It works on the net like logging in to answerbank & ebay. But as soon as we try & go on secure pages, it says page cannot be displayed. Is it something to do with antivirus software?

Help us, you are our only chance!!!

Thanks Maz V

I had this problem whenever I tried logging onto any site that required me to enter a user nameand/or password. It was to do with my antivirus software (AVG) and eventually I had to uninstall AVG and go back to usuing Norton and it worked fine.
Is the security settings for internet explorer (assuming you use it) on too high? In IE, Tools > Internet Options... > Security
