Keyplus What you are describing is a Utopia (or Eutopia). We all want to live in a world like you describe but unfortunately it has never existed and will never exist. Its a fantasy land.
Youve completely gone off the subject. This was a question about how women are treated in Islam. Not a rant about how the world should be according to you.
I would like to learn about an Islamic society that does not force women to wear specific articles of clothing.
I would like to learn about an Islamic society that does not condone the marriage of female children to grown men.
I would like to learn about an Islamic society that does not punish rape victims for adultery if their rape accusation cannot be proved.
I would like to learn about an Islamic society that does not threaten people with death if they chose to give up their religion because they have independently come to the conclusion that its all complete nonsense.
I would like to learn about an Islamic society that does not threaten people with death if they are homosexual / lesbian.
I too, could go on and on.
What you are doing is trying to deflect the treatment of women in Islam by stating the failures in Western cultures.
Nice try though, but stick to the point in question.
