Well quinlad the punishment seems to vary, I mean sometimes they are stoned sometimes just flogged, sometimes just re raped by her husband's mates. Well according to the reasearch I have done anyway. So I don't really know what the standard punishement is for being the victim of rape perhaps you can enlighten me.

R1 Geezer � Just give me the simple answer to this question. What would you do if the women or girl you pulled somewhere for sex with mutual consent, goes to the police in the morning and files a report against you for raping her. How would you prove that she had sex with you willingly.

well that's a problem Keyplus and it's difficult to prove but I don't see the relevance to this question. Ok women cry rape and if they turn out to be lying then they may well be prosecuted, I can't see how you can draw any parallel to the main question. Are you somehow saying that rape victims under Islam are not punished unless they are found to be lying about being raped?

keyplus, he wouldn't HAVE to prove, the man's word is automatically taken over the woman's EVERY time. It even could be witnessed as rape, but it would be interpreted that the woman would have somehow 'inflamed him' causing him to act the way he did. even if she was wearing a bhurka
