Broken arm - how long?

OK, I have drunk lots of milk since a kid and have NEVER broked anything (well I did have a suspected fractured toe a year or so back, but they don't even bother diagnosing that nowadays...).

Anyway, assuming I had a broken arm, what time period are we talking about for it to be out of action?

If it was a straight forward break about 6 weeks.
Not quite sure why drinking milk would affect it?
Milk contains calcium which is good for your bones, squarebear.
