I have just bought a Renault scenic fiji 2003 with no handbook. When I start off the doors lock automatically,is there any way to switch this option off?

You should have a door locking switch either on your dash or the central console, Press the switch to unlock the doors for 10 seconds,this will turn the auto lock off.
