If you fold it in half you should just manage it.
I've done it in my Nissan Almeira Tino, similar type/size vehicle.

We managed to fit a double mattress in an old 3 door fiesta boot, it had to be folded but as it was going to the rubbish tip that didn't matter.

mandimoo, if you don't want to damage the mattress, roll it up and tie it up with string so that it doesn't unroll in the car.
