Hi, I have a lovey pair of gold effect fashion earrings, by Citrine by the stone (cost a fortune) but have noticed the two bottom discs have gone a sort of antique gold and the top gold disc have stayed the same 'brightish' gold.

I prefer the old gold effect so my question is does anyone know how to tarnish the other part to get rid of the bright gold effect? Or is there any such thing I can buy to tarnish bright gold?

Thanks.

Gold does not tarnish - hence it is used in the manufacture of ear-rings. Your ear-rings are made of a copper alloy, which readily tarnishes and is not suitable for use in ear-rings.
If you paid a fortune, you were robbed as the quantity of pure gold used in making ear-rings is so small that it would not have a large effect on price.
Never buy anything other than real gold.
