Why do always get the hiccoughs when I eat bread?

I can get rid of them easily, but I was still wondering why this happens.

Goody, I have the same problem but it also happens with potatoes and rice. I have often wondered why.

I always get hiccups when I eat kebab meat or fried egg sarnies. No idea why though. My mam always reckoned you got hiccups if you ate too fast, could be right in my case cos Im a greedy cow lol

I find I go weeks with out having hiccups, then when I get them I have them 3 or 4 times in one day! Daffi x
