Just saw bono from u2 talking about when he was in ethiopia.He said when he was there a man said to him2 take my son.take him to ireland with you ".Bono said the man was willing to give his son away to give him a chance to live.Bono said i looked at the man and said no.
Do you thin he looks back with regret?Do you think the child is even still alive?Thats how sad the world is.

Didn't see it, but I can imagine. However, even if Bono'd been able to take the child there and then, for every one that gets a new life (think Madonna and Angelina Jolie), there are a thousand more just like them. You're right. It IS sad. Everyone in the world deserves a chance, but not many get it.
