can any1 help please, song out in charts around early 90s about a fiesta (car)

who sang the song ? i cant remember anything else about it other than it was a female vocalist singing about having sex on the bonnet of her or her boyfriends fiesta, the song was out around the time garbage had queer in the charts and the levellers had out just the one, thats about all i know,at a guess i would say it was out around 93-96, it was in the top 40 but i am not sure if it made the top 10. thanx if you can help it will settle an argument.

Was it Elastica- Car Song?,she mentions a Fiesta in that but not having sex on the bonnet.It was out in 1995.

probably daffy is right - it sounds about right. I can also remember Baby Bird singing about a bonnet in You're Gorgeous but it's a male singer and nowt to do with actual sex or Fiestas.

yes it was Elastica thanks, the bit i thought was to do with sex on the bonnet was actually her singing / every shining bonnet ,makes me think of my back on it.
