This is a desparately sad accident.

However.

The biological mother (she certanly hasn't shown any maternal instincs to warrant being called anything other than 'biological) is consulting lawyers because "I feel really angry. I want justice done. I want to know what, where, why and how"

and

"When you are a foster parent you have to have eyes in the back of your head. They've got to take even more special care. They get paid loads a week to look after that child"

Still

She "...went straight away to see about getting a tattoo done in memory of the little one"

This woman has two other children by two other fathers also in care.

This would be laughable if it wasn't so tragic.

Clearly this bloody woman couldn't give a tinker's cuss about her kids, and as usual with people like this, she's starting to think about getting a few quid out of it.

Can anybody believe she is actually questioning the actions of the foster carers?

no le chat, that is not what was said - she was called ''a right slapper who should learn to keep her legs shut'',
the mother in the story was also more or less accused of the same and also accused in various ways of being a bad mother, a scrounger etc etc - i.e, scum

i agree 5 kids 5 fathers is not ideal and she should have used protection, but we don't know the circumstances and accusing her of being a slapper that drops her knickers willnilly is wrong.

point is it could be 3 year relationships for each child - 3 years is long enough to assume you are serious - they may then have fallen out after each birth - probably due to PND.
this is probably not what happened but it is entirely possible.
it is possible to have 3 kids by 3 fathers (or 5) in an entirely respectable way - death, divorce, etc - she may have really loved all of them
How can she have a cheek to be questioning how her daughter drowned in a pool?

Every day we have the pool up I empty it! When the kids stay at mu aunts, yup the one with three children by three different men, who has a proper pool, the cover goes on and all doors and access to the garden is blocked off. If my children drowned in someones pool I would want answers and if needs be, yes, I would probably get solicitors involved.

Now, I do have custody of my boys but then I haven't been through postnatal depression or any circumstances that have led me to be unable to cope with them. She may well be a ex-addict/alcoholic but again these things don't mean she didn't love her kids or never deserved to have them back again.
yeah ok.
what the **** r u talkin about?????

Whether the ex of Nissa's partner is an old slapper or not is pretty irrelevant (although, of course, she is), but I repeat an earlier question - aren't you people mightily ****** off that it is your tax money that is paying for this woman who has never worked and has five different children by five different men????

I damn know well I am.

I couldn't really care less how many men the old slapper wants to shag, I don't really care if it involves multiple men at the same time and animals, but for christ's sake use some form of protection - preferably a hysterectomy to avoid any more 'mistakes'.
Of course there are ways that someone could have 5 kids by 5 fathers and not be a slapper - just as maybe Tony Blair really did believe there were WMDs. On the whole, it's unlikely though.
one way to have 5 kids by 5 partners and not be a slapper....

...be male!
Well this thread makes a pleasant change from demonizing immigrants.

ahh another ist to add to the ever increasing list of ists and isms that people erroneously think they see on this site.
I would like to say that flip_flop, you are extremely judgemental and that is not a nice trait. As I have said before me and my hubby have custody of his child, we work, so WE PAY for him, not you. The father of the eldest girl has custody of her and threrfore HE PAYS for her, not you. The other 3 children live with their Nan and both her and her hubby work so THEY PAY for the kids, not you. Amazingly, whilst the children were with the bio mother my hubby paid maintenance, the other father paid maintenance (1 father is in prison), 1 is unknown and the other does not see the child but does pay maintenace. Yes the mother was on benefits for a period, however she has been married twice to two of the fathers of her children, they both worked so paid taxes, therfore, no you did not pay for her children, my hubby did. I would not say she was a slapper, that is unfair. She was married twice, how can you say those were not serious relationships, as far as I am aware she was expecting the marriages to work out. She was with another father for a long time until she caught him doing something illegal and got him put in prison (which is comendable, she didn't ignore the behaviour), and yes the other two were shorter relationships, 1 a one night stand. She is however 37, so hardly a young child, I would expect a person of that age to have been around the block, so to speak.

I have been married for 4 years now, I have taken on custody of her child becuase Social Services interferred, I work hard as does my hubby and I don't have any children of my own. I worked throughout school, college and university and have worked hard in my current job as an Income Support processor for the Jobcentre. I am also studying a degree to become a Criminal Psychologist, so no, what she has done would not be my lifestyle choice, however I know her circumstances and I think that you flip_flop are being unfair.

One in prison, one is unknown (how the F do you have a child with somebody 'unknown'?), one of the children was the result of a one night stand. Of her five children NONE live with her.

How can you honestly say she is a good mother?

It sounds like not only has she been round the block, she spent most of her time going around the block on her back with her legs akimbo inviting any old Tom, Dick or Harry to have a crack at her.

Skanky old dog.

well all you go on about is the mother !! a child as died ! and it was with foster parents who had a pool or pond not sure witch .... but for the child to die ..they was not looking after the child were was the pool cover or pond cover ...so will u stop going on about the mother ok......and yes flip flop i can understand why see is questioning the actions of the foster parents ....the child died coz of them ok... dont try and tell me diffrent ok just a pool cover or pond cover thats all they had to buy and that poor child would not of died !!!!!!
