it is an allergy which is a hereditary condition, and maybe last year you were allergic to soap powders but this year due to diet and climatic changes your body is allergic to pollen

stop sending me flowers lol
Hi sleepy! I know of something to try that you may not have heard of. Some people recommend finding a local honey, the more local the better, and eating it regularly. The idea being a bit like immunisation, you know, a tiny bit of what causes the symptoms maybe also preventing them. Your local bees will be doing their thing with the same flowers and stuff that's getting up your nose. Quite literally!

OK if you like honey, I suppose?!?!

nut i have heard that b4 . i dont like honey but might be worth a go lol
i have heard that a lot of farmers are growing grapeseed
apparently it is a big business now and a lot of scientists thinks that this is the cause for a increase number of hay fever sufferers.
I come from a country where i have spends my childhood in fields, forests, etc but never suffered hay fever in my life
until this year.
I think that pollution is a big contribution plus the crap around us dont you think?
