I haven't seen it either .They have been taken over by Unilever.
You can get in touch with them at the mustard shop in Norwich. Perhaps they can offer an explanation !

Seem to remember that Coleman's bought over a French mustard company, and the EU said that they then had too big a hold on the mustard market, and must allow more competition. So Coleman's dropped the UK French Mustard product to comply with the ruling.
That brings back so many memories of Sunday dinner and the little brown mustard pot with the brown lid - it was a lot milder than the yellow stuff and great with steak. I think it's been taken over in the market place by the Dijon Grainy type stuff.
My local supermarket is full of it - they have just brought out a new squeezable bottle for both French and English.

By the way it's Colman's not Coleman's.
Which supermarket is that then Gef? I'd pay well to lay my hands on it again! Checked their website a while back in search for it and it certainly wasn't there then.
I always used Colman's French mustard when I made Beef Stroganoff and was gutted when they stopped making it. The best substitute I've found is Sainsbury's French Dark Mustard. It's pretty good, so maybe worth a try.

Sorry folks but judging by all your answers I think I might have made a mistake - perhaps it wasn't Colman's at all. I'll check tomorrow in my local Morrison's.

In the meantime did you know that you can buy Colman's mustards (including Dijon) online here?
