Is there anyone that can let me know what exercises to do on these things other than jumping up and down for ages?

doesn't work with me, i just get 2 black eyes!!!
i used to go to a reboubd aerobics class - like normal aerobics but very low impact due to the trampoline - we used to do a whole workout including sit ups and stuff
I bought one for my sons birthday and it knackered me just bouncing up and down on it for 5 mins

I did try to be smart and bounce on my arse and back up again, but only managed to scrape the skin off my elbows and pull a muscle in my back
in the middle of your up and down routine change to the down and up routine which involves the complicated double down manoever.
gives you time for a fag or half a pie
like that one dilf...try jumping up and down and down and up holding a pint of lager, a pie and a fag...now thats a challenge!

Mine was serious!!!!...ok ....how about jumping up and down drinking a pint of lager, rolling a fag then doing a somersault whilst singing... Oops upside ya head?
the up down, turn around ,touch the ceiling touch the ground step is worth a try
Sorry Roughquest.... I cant think of anything else other than jumping up and down on a trampoline that`ll benefit anything other than your leg muscles, unless..........
Hold some hand weights at the same time and do curls, or hold them out to the side and move your arms round in circles as you do little bounces. Do normal jumping, jumps where you bring alternate knees up to your chest, star jumps, and jumping and twisting from one side to the other is really good for toning up your sides. If your outside you could try skipping on it. I am trying to paste a link but its not working, if you go on ebay and type in trampoline and search in dvd and video, you get an excercise video come up that uses a mini trampoline.

Hi, there are tons of things to do on a trampoline, but you need proper coaching to teach you the moves. You are not supposed to bounce for more than 3 minutes since trampolining is not an aerobic sport and it can be dangerous if your body builds up too much lactic acid - you could black out if you bounce for too long!
Tuck jumps (bringing kness up to chest in the air and quickly back down when you land), seat drops, straddle jumps and twists are all basic moves - check out a trampolining website through british gymnastics.
