Recently my partner recieved a later from his old bank. Which was regisitered to his previous address. Can the DVLA or Inland Revenue release these details? Thing that got me worried was, somebody, his ex (who he lived with there), works for The Standards Board .... Obviously our local council is over seen in a sense by them. Now is it possible personal details could of been gained access to that way? This may sound a little paranoid but I am expecting our first child in a matter of weeks and I don't really feel comfortable with the thought of a nutjob having my details at hand.....
